Fabulous Laboratory was launched in 2001 to promote funk and
aesthetics in South Asia
FabLab focuses on projects
relevant to sexuality, gender, popular culture and politics.
FabLab
funds its experiments through film and video production, curatorial consultancy and scriptwriting.
It is the only organization
in India that employs its proceeds to fund all three: queer
film/video, new media and literature.
